Missing or broken parts? We're here to help you complete your build.
We reserve the rights to not offer the replacement parts if the provided photos of the missing/broken parts are not accurate.
Once confirmed, all replacement parts require 1-3 weeks processing and shipping duration.
Please do note that we're only able to process up to one FREE replacement request, if possible, please add all the required parts in a single submission. Subsequent replacement parts will be due for payment as to the replacement parts request and the shipping charges, thank you.
